Amrita Madiah

Amrita is an experienced human capital management professional, with over 24 years experience. She has worked across geographies, industries and organizations in talent development and talent management. During her career she has worked with companies like Standard Chartered Bank and Citibank, AOL and Yahoo and Airtel. She has also spent a decade in Consulting, working with a boutique firm, Cocoon Consulting. While most of these roles have been in the area of people practices and learning and development, her passion lies in coaching. She uses her experience and training s a coach, to coach senior executives as part of her role in the organization well as pro bono. At Adobe, she leads Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Management and Talent Development for India. Over the last few years she has been more actively involved in Adobe’s Diversity and Inclusion efforts, mentoring regional teams through initiatives to drive women’s development like the Women in Tech Scholarship and the Women’s Executive Shadow Program. She has been a driver of bringing global initiatives to India, like annual Adobe For All  Summit, with the help of strong India leadership support. Over the last 4 years, with a highly committed team, she has curated the experiences of these Summits, to reflect the values and philosophy of Adobe For All, that help employees draw much sharper connections between themselves and Adobe’s D&I focus.
