I have 20+ years in the IT industry and have worked in organizations like Compaq, IBM, Microsoft, SAP, VMware across various functions like Sales, Marketing, Business Strategy, People Management, Partner Ecosystem & Global Operations. After nearly two decades in the corporate sector, across the aforementioned areas, I transitioned to the social sector - as I found it to have deeper resonance with my values and my personal mission. I am currently working with Enable India, a 21-year-old NGO & a non-profit organization, and a pioneer in enhancing the livelihood of persons with disabilities.  On the personal front, I am a certified Life Coach, love travelling and reading
