I am a media professional with over 13 years of experience across TV news networks and digital news platforms, with a keen interest in the dynamic news ecosystem and as a firm believer in the digital future of news and legitimate information.

I was a senior editor and newsroom manager with solid and dotted line responsibilities over multiple teams and dozens of media professionals.
I have set up workflow and mentored young professionals to take on lead roles. Operations set-up include & 24x7 news monitoring and output desk and an internationally certified fact-checking team with over 2000 stories debunking fake news.

In 2021, the State Dept of the United States Government invited me as an International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) fellow, for my efforts in the digital media and anti-disinformation space.

My media experience has allowed me to work in various roles & photographer, reporter, field producer, social media manager, news editor, manager and now a content specialist.
