Cedrick Tandong

Cedrick loves turning visionary ideas into reality. Born and raised in Sub-Saharan Africa, he is particularly interested in ideas that will improve livelihoods for people trapped in informal economies and believes deeply in the power of entrepreneurship and innovative technology to enable this vision. Cedrick first lived in Bangalore from 2009 –2011, working to understand and landscape the market for major corporate actors looking to enter and expand in the region, while simultaneously completing his MBA at the Career Care Institute of Management studies. This experience sparked his interest and love for the country that reminded him greatly of his own in many ways. He returned to France to complete his Masters in Systems and Information Management at the Grenoble School of Management, and then did a stint back in Cameroon to found a successful company in the e-commerce space. Cedrick then returned to India in 2014, where he immediately got involved with the first iteration of Three Wheels United via Enviu, an early investor in the organization. Given his 7+ years working in the mobility and financing space in India, Cedrick brings a wealth of nuanced market expertise that will enable TWU to scale and maximize impact.

TWU now has deployed over 4000 vehicles in 7 cities and scaling rapidly. The Indian government. Has chosen TWU’s platform for the deployment of 1million light electric vehicles in the next 3years.
