Mireille Toulekima

Mireille Toulekima is an Award-winning global entrepreneur, Global Energy and STEM consultant, Global Influencer, Women empowerment advocate and champion, international speaker, published author and online talk show host. A petroleum Engineer who gained her experience working for more than 25 years in Africa, Europe, Asia and Australia in a range of technical and leadership roles for major oil, gas and energy companies, she has published three books: “Local Content Key Enabler for Oil and Gas projects in Emerging Markets: Investing, Developing and Providing Oversight in Countries of Operation” in 2015, “Stepping into your greatness: Twelve Rules for Building an outstanding life” in 2016 and “Natural Gas Strategies: the role of developing and emerging markets” in 2018. A true global citizen who has lived and worked across 4 continents, Mireille carries out empowerment work internationally with a particular focus on Energy and Resources, Women, STEM, Entrepreneurship and Global leadership. She is the recipient of numerous international awards. She was awarded 2020 African Woman 2nd Runner up Award for “Entrepreneur with an international footprint” by CWENA (Christian Women Entrepreneurs Network of Africa). She made the 2021 50 Most inspiring women list by Business Gate CEO H.E Laila Rahhal (UAE). She won the Golden Pinnacle Award by the National Sports and Youth Development Council (India). She was awarded the Certificate of Commendation by The Institute of Global Professionals (Philippines), the 2020 Best Ambassador Award by Women’s Entrepreneurs Day Organisation (WEDO Africa) and Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrisnan Award of Honour by MENTORX (India). She was named Australian eYs Magazine 2020 TOP 50 GLOBAL KEY INFLUENCERS (Australia) and was a Finalist for WomenTech Network Global Award 2020 (Global). In July 2020, she was inducted in The Global Library of Female Authors to serve as Female Civility Ambassador and received The Power of Collaboration Lifetime Achievement Award by I Change Nations (ICN): an award that has been given to states men and royalties in Africa. In 2019, she was inducted as Western Australia woman in STEM Role Model, was a Nominee for Western Australia Women in Technology Award by WiTWA (Women in Technology Western Australia organisation) and awarded the Exceptional Woman of Excellence Award by WEF (Women Economic Forum). In 2018, she was awarded the Woman in Entrepreneurship WBAF-UAMDC AFRICA EXCELLENCE AWARD and in 2015 Global Tech Women Award by WISTEM (Women in STEM Organisation). Under the venture she founded in 2018 called Mireille Toulekima Global leadership organisation, she contributes to several leadership, technical and Think Tank groups around the world and has been a guest lecturer in several technical and leadership institutions and universities around the world. Mireille has been featured on TV, Radio, Podcasts and Talk shows around the world. She has been identified and recognized as one of the women of influence in the energy sector, STEM industries, leadership and entrepreneurship globally. She serves as board member, Ambassador, global executive and partner to several global ventures and organizations of which GIMSGIY technology and multimedia company as Director for Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Pacific, as Advisor for Women’s Economic Imperative organisation (WEI Forward), as Board Member for East Africa Oil and Gas Australia Pty Ltd (Australia), as Advisory Board Member for Africa’s largest exhibition of Trade, Infrastructure, and Investment (ATTES), as Advisory Board Member for Core23Lab (DRC), as First Among Equal Asia Pacific for Female Wave Change organisation, as global partner for WE (Women Empowered), STEAM Ambassador for WEDO organisation (Women Entrepreneurship Day Organisation), as Australia representative for LEAD INDIA FOUNDATION and Council Member at Western Australia-India Business Council at Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI). Mireille is the Founder and Managing Director of the Perth Australia based energy company MT Energy Resources Ltd. She also founded the program STEM Queens in Uganda and Australia in 2019 and 2020 respectively with the objective to reach out and sponsor African and Indigenous Australian girls and women to embrace STEM and increase women participation in STEM sectors. STEM QUEENS has for objective to empower at least one million women and girls in STEM by 2025. In 2018, Mireille has launched the Greatness Engineering Movement and developed the Greatness Engineering Process (GEP) and the Authentic Leadership System called D.A.R.E (Decide Act Review Expand) which is now in its global roll out phase. She has been the host of the global online talk show The Greatness Engineering hour show since April 2019 and the editor in chief of The Greatness Engineering Magazine since July 2020. She was recently selected to be Global Chair – Engineering of the eminent and prestigious G100 Club that is comprised of some of the most powerful and influent top 100 women leaders in the world. In June 2021 she joined force with Bringle Excellence LLP (India, UK) to build up The Mireille Toulekima Entrepreneurship Fund and Mireille Toulekima Entrepreneurship Group to create an ecosystem of African Entrepreneurs, Global Investors & Coaches with the objective to build up a 100 million fund to create 100,000 new businesses in Africa by 2030. Mireille is part of the new wave of women who have embraced non-traditional industries, globalization, innovation and digital disruption as well as philanthropy, spiritual consciousness and mindfulness.
