A creative innovator mindset along with self-service initiative to help the women to face the challenges and upgrade their living standards. Being an entrepreneur herself she is trying to help other women entrepreneurs the challenges she faced as an upcoming entrepreneurial journey in the initial stages of her candle industries. Two Decades back her enterprise started without any guidance, mentor, financial support, no knowledge of schemes by the Government and banks, not aware of where to get this support she with courage, confidence started her enterprise. Every foot forward she struggled hard for marketing support, finance support, and many more obstacles in the entrepreneurial journey. It took two years to come out of the struggle to settle comfortable the knowledge of talking the business nitty gritty to the next level. With this struggle she decided to embark a business mentor to the upcoming women entrepreneurs and shared her experience. She became a business counselling mentor to guide aspiring women entrepreneurs in various forums. Looking back at her entrepreneurial journey today she is a celebrity and most sought after mentor, inspiring motivator to more than 3000+ women entrepreneurs in Karnataka. She had the passion to empower rural women in their habitat and visited many rural villages to train them in various products resources within their surroundings. These village products were developed to international standards and helped them to market worldwide with the support of government through international trade delegations. Many women she wanted to mentor and guide she founded to grow this entrepreneurs to scale up and started the NGO FOWE (Forum of Women Entrepreneurs) and ITF (Industry and Trade Forum) to support men and women entrepreneurs. She passes the message to every entrepreneur “be unique don’t copy”.
