Shanthi Naresh

Shanthi Naresh is Partner and India Business Leader responsible for Mercer’s Career business in India.

Shanthi also co-leads the Talent Community of Interest for AMEA.

Shanthi has more than 30 years of experience having held leadership roles across consulting as well as industry across multiple geographies - India, Singapore, and the USA. During her 12 years at Mercer, Shanthi had led numerous complex multi-country HR transformation initiatives. Some of her key clients are BMW, Coca-Cola, Larsen & Toubro, Mahindra & Mahindra, Lupin, Dr. Reddy’s, Cipla, Asian Paints, Honda Cars, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, TVS Motors, State Bank of India, TCS and other major global conglomerates.

Prior to Mercer, Shanthi was at Sun Microsystems Inc, California, as a member of the HR Strategy organization which was a think tank for identifying futuristic HR practices in response to global business and macroeconomic changes.

Shanthi has earned her M.Sc. in Research in Organization Behaviour from the National University of Singapore andMasters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. She is also a certified Hogan coach and certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
